Complaint process

If you encounter issues related to insurance claims or other related concerns, please follow the instructions below to file a complaint:

1. For Abu Dhabi Residents ( medical policy/ claims ) :

Online: Submit your complaint through the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD) website: https://www.doh.gov.ae/

3. For issues related to non-medical policy/ claims - Kindly follow these instructions:

1 . file an official complaint with your Insurance Company

  1. if no written response was sent to you after 30 calender days , or you received a response but you are not satisfied with it kindly submit your complaint via SANADAK website Homepage – Sanadak
